In 2000, Empire took "Building Brands and Developing People" a step further with the creation of a corporate Training Department. In 2008, Empire expanded the corporate Training Department by placing Directors of Training in both Georgia and North Carolina. Led by Eric Crane in Georgia and Dean Michaels in North Carolina, the department offers a variety of resources for our employees and our customers.

The Empire Distributors, Inc. Corporate Training Department provides our associates orientation for new employees, selling skills and product education, monthly newsletters, advanced training for associates, and training opportunities for our customers.
